Do you offer design services?
We are not a design service. We offer online education, resources and products to help those who do.
Do you only sell digital products?
We have a library of digital products available, however, this will be extended to also include physical products in the future.
What is your refund policy?
As the full value of each digital product is made instantly available upon purchase, we are unable to accept refunds.
We are completely open to feedback on all products and will always consider developments to further meet your needs.
There are regular interactions and cues for discussion and feedback over on Creative Champs social platforms to enable us to tailor each product and give you what you need.

Any consultation slots available?
All consultation slots have been fully booked until 2021.
What about memberships?
We don't currently have a membership scheme running but we are setting something up behind the scenes! Keep your eyes peeled!

We are based in London, UK.
Are your products for an international audience?
The majority of our products focus on the methodology behind creative practice, applicable wherever you are in the world. Some of the company resources provided may be based within the UK, however, this information will always be included in the description.

Refund policy for coaching sessions?
All coaching sessions are final but can be rescheduled for any reason, provided there is 48 hours notice.

How are the consultations carried out?
All consultations are virtual, which means international creators can jump on a call too :)
The calls are carried out on Zoom.
You will receive an e-mail with the invitation to join the call.
What happens if I'm late?
As slots are on schedule, the sessions will finish at the original time as to not overlap into another person's session.
If you think you're going to be late, drop a heads up over at least 1 hour before the call.
What happens if I don't show up?
If you think you're going to be unable to show up for whatever reason, please reschedule your appointment 48 hours before.
If it's a no show, alternative slots will not be allocated, so please pen it in to your diaries and calendars.
You will receive reminders two days before your session is scheduled.
