Is Creative Champs content for an international audience?

Absolutely! All content is designed for creative enthusiasts all around the globe!
There is a focus on universal methodologies that you can apply no matter where you're located.

Just a heads up, though: some details about legalities, policies, and financial aspects are tailored for the UK creative industry. But don't worry, all pricing tools have adaptable formulas that you can tweak to fit your country's currencies.

What is your refund policy on shop products?

Digital products - as the full value of each digital product is received upon purchase, all sales are final.The goal is for you to be happy with the content on offer and that the resources are useful to you.
However, if you feel like the mark was missed please feel free to get in touch with your feedback so things can be improved and/or developed further.

I didn't receive my order, help!

Please note that all files need to be downloaded within 24 hours after purchase.If you miss this slot or you have trouble locating the file; just send over an e-mail to hi@creativechamps.co with your purchase order number to get content re-delivered.

Also, if you've lost access for whatever reason - as above - just get in touch with your order number or details of your purchase ;)

Can downloaded content be shared?

Remember how Miss Trunchbull talked about the cook putting her "blood and sweat" into that enormous chocolate cake? Well, that's how these downloadable resources were crafted too - with many long (Lucozade filled) nights involved.

I kindly ask that you keep the content just for yourself. But hey, if you want to spread the love in public spaces like universities, events, or creative gatherings, just shoot an email to hi@creativechamps.co for licensing rates. Sharing is caring – with permission, of course! 😊

How are your 1-1 support sessions carried out?

All sessions are currently 30 minutes and are audio calls as a default. If you have additional needs and require visual communication instead, just give me a heads up and we can have a video call instead.

You have the option to either have an audio call over Zoom (if you want to share your screen) or a good old fashioned phone-call.

What's your refund/rescheduling policy on 1-1 sessions?

If, for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you'll have the option to reschedule once (provided there's at least 24 hours notice provided.)
You'll receive a reminder at least 24 hours before your scheduled time with any Zoom links or additional details.

This is a non-refundable service & no-shows will not be re-scheduled nor refunded.
